FINANCE MANAGER (Report to CEO)

• Manage financial accounting functions including financial statement reporting, taxation, accounting policies and procedures development and implementation, Oracle financial/procurement and invoicing system processes/control
• Manage management accounting functions including forecasting, budgeting and Year plan, cost/management reporting and variance analysis, PIT/cost reduction initiatives, AFE/capital expenditure control and reporting
• Provide input and assistance for tax, accounting and administrative assumptions and planning for new projects, including actual filings and registrations to create the new entities.
• Manage treasury functions including A/P, A/R, Invoicing, credit policy and aging reporting, interest rate risk hedging, loan covenant administration, cashflow/dividend forecast, daily working capital/bank balance monitoring and reporting
• Manage IT function
• Manage procurement function including supply chain control, supplier sourcing and assessment, contract negotiation and finalization
• Establish accounting, procurement and IT policies and procedures
• Implement internal control
